Emergency / After Hours
Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis with your clinician. Your clinician can be contacted in the event of an emergency by dialing 614-442-0664. If you feel the message isn’t urgent, you may leave your clinician a voicemail in his/her confidential mailbox. You may also dial 3 when calling into the Main line (614-442-0664) to be transferred to a live answering service that will then contact your clinician immediately and they will return your call as soon as possible. Please contact Netcare at 800-276-2273 in case of emergency. If the emergency is life threatening, please go to the nearest emergency room or dial 911.
Comprehensive Services accepts most insurance plans and numerous employee assistance programs. However, we also accept clients with limited or no insurance benefits for self-pay. Clients with limited financial resources may speak with our billing department to be considered for a fee reduction.
All of our providers are paneled with various insurance companies, but may not be listed in the insurance companies’ directory. Therefore, we please ask you to call us and find out who is covered by your insurance.
