My approach focuses on the whole person and the mind-body connection, rather than problems or symptoms, in order to acheive healing and wellness. I believe all people are capable of change and growth with the right tools, and I am honored to be invited on each individual's journey to learning and developing those tools. Through a collaborative relationship, I strive to help people better understand themselves and their world, and to create and maintain balance in their lives and relationships.'"
